Foundation Management
An Oklahoma based company serving private foundations, charitable organizations, and nonprofit communities across the United States.
With more than 200 years of combined experience, the Foundation Management staff can successfully assist organizations throughout various development stages. Services include policy development, administrative services, strategic planning, succession planning, board development, board retreats, facilitated conversations, foundation start-up, and implementation of charitable giving programs.
History and Staff
In October 2000, Frank W. Merrick formed Foundation Management. The knowledge Merrick acquired as a trust officer, professional development officer, and director of his own family foundation equipped him with the perspective needed to assist others in their philanthropic goals.
What began with one staff member and three clients has grown into a team of 11 who serve 21 management clients across the U.S.
