Foundation Management


An Oklahoma based company serving private foundations, charitable organizations, and nonprofit communities across the United States.

With more than 200 years of combined experience, the Foundation Management team can successfully assist organizations throughout various development stages. Services include policy development, administrative processes, strategic and succession planning, board development and retreats, facilitated conversations, foundation start-up, and almost all other aspects of implementing your charitable giving program.

History and Staff


In October 2000, Frank W. Merrick formed Foundation Management. The knowledge Merrick acquired as a trust officer, professional development officer, and director of his own family foundation equipped him with the perspective needed to assist others in their philanthropic goals. In October 2024, Kari Blakley assumed the role of Interim President to carry Frank's vision forward.

What began with one staff member and three clients has grown into a team that serves more than 20 clients across the U.S.
